We made it!

Well, we made it through our first two days of work and daycare! G loves his nanny and we love her too! We are so blessed to have her take care of him! I missed my boy but I really love what I do too! I was just so tired this week, but we will all get adjusted! Grayson laughed for the first time on Friday! It was the cutest thing ever!! I wish I could get him to do it again! It was his gift to momma! It was precious! This week we start all over with 5:30 am wake up and bedtime, who knows for momma! We will just keep praying and pushing through! Andrew was a huge help this week, as it was an emotional one for me! I just love the family that we have become!

10 weeks.....Wow!

Wow these past two months have flown by! We have grown together as a couple and are learning so much about being parents! Each week has gotten better! Our fussy boy has turned into a smiling sweetie! It has been so much fun hearing him coo and watch him smile at us. Grayson and I were talking whale the other day...he kept repeating my sounds, it was the cutest ever!! His smiles keep getting bigger and happy wake times are longer!! Sleeping is getting better.....we are still getting up once a night, but he is doing great! I'm going back to work tomorrow. I know it will be good for me to slowly get back into the transition of working by going back now, but I'm gonna miss my boy!! We have been having so much fun, I don't want to leave him. Summer is right around the corner and we will have more time together soon! I also know that God will give me the strength, love, and energy to complete all my jobs--at home and school. Every day is a new day and I'm loving seeing what each day holds! Philippians 4:6-7 Be anxious for nothing but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Happy Easter!

What a beautiful Easter weekend! The weather was delightful and our company was fun! We went to the park and did an Easter egg hunt! Grayson went to church for the first time. He liked how loud the music was and soaked in the message as he napped! :) We had a great week last week as well. He is making progress on his schedule but we are still getting up at night. Mommy is tired but little G is hungry! He is a growing boy! He is EIGHT weeks tomorrow! Wow these two months have flown and we love our little boy so much! Being parents has been such a delight! We just can't stop staring at and loving on our sweet Grayson! Here are some precious Easter pics of our baby!
