Merry Christmas!

Grayson's first Christmas! This last month has flown by. Sorry it has been so long but time just gets away from me. We were sick a couple weeks ago with the flu, first me then Grayson. We both got flu shots and then ended up with the flu. So funny how that works. He was so pitiful, just exhausted but was in pretty good spirits. I took a few days off for him to rest up. This week he was so much better and has his full energy back. Last week he didn't want to walk much but this week he decided he wants to start walking. He is slowly making his way to fully walking. He is so funny, he holds his arms out like a zombie when he walks. He will walk, walk, walk, then plop on his bottom. Thank goodness he has a soft diaper. He is so much fun and such a good little man! I can't believe he will be a year old soon! It has gone by quickly and love every minute! Here are some fun pictures! The hair photo is hilarious because on day I went into his room after his nap, his hair was sticking out all over the place. He was wailing and I was laughing SO hard! I ran and got my camera! HA ha!It was SO funny! Love to all!

Happy Thanksgiving...Late!!

Happy Thanksgiving to all...a little late!! We had such a wonderful break! We relaxed and enjoyed family and Grayson! We grilled the turkey this year and it was delightful! What a delicious meal we had, yum, yum!! We are so thankful for all our amazing family and friends! We are so blessed to know such wonderful people and to have them in our lives! This week we bought Grayson big boy shoes. His first pair of real shoes!  He is liking them but today in the car I caught him eating them? What? I asked him to stop but I don't think he understood me? I found a paci in the front seat and quickly gave it to him. But nonetheless he is enjoying them. He is also taking steps! We were so excited last week when he took two small ones, and today he walked over to the ottoman. We are so impressed. He is taking his first steps, GO GRAYSON! It is so enjoyable to see all his fun changes and his personality come out more and more. Tonight, I told him it was bath time and he raced me down the hall and into the bathroom. He can crawl so fast. I was laughing the whole way. He is so funny! Andrew and I are sitting here in front of the fire, that my handy husband, just built for us. It is a perfect one, and popping and blazing! Relaxing is always good at the end of a great day! What a beautiful holiday season this is! Love to all!

Happy November!

Wow, it's November already!! G is 9 MONTHS this Tuesday! I can't believe it! Such a big boy! G was sick with a fever virus this week and we are SO glad that is gone. But he was so cuddly, it was a pleasure to take care of him!! We are getting another tooth on the bottom gums---so that makes 8 teeth. We get Monday off for Veteran's Day. A fun day with baby. Grayson is so much fun and has such a pleasant personality. He just laughs so easily! It is such a joy to be around him! Here are some pictures of Daddy and Baby from election day! My First Halloween!

We had so much fun! They had a parade at his school today. It was to cute!! Then G and I went and visited with some friends. It was a great evening. Our little lion took a bath then off to bed. What a fun day! Happy Halloween!!

We are all doing well! Thank you for your prayers to stay well! Colds are minor but seem to last but we will take a cold over other things! We are finally getting some fall weather it is SO beautiful! The south is just a place of beauty in the fall. The colorful leaves are falling by the minute all over our house and backyard! Here are some fun pics of G in the beauty of fall!  We are just loving every minute of this stage. G is moving all over the place! He is so much fun and keeps us so busy! Love to all!

Happy Fall!! 7 months...and counting....

September has flown by. Lots of dr. visits and now are all finally feeling better. Colds, pink eye, eye infections, sore throats, ear infections, and I'm sure more to come. I went yesterday to get two shots and meds...and I'm so thankful. Now I can swallow...boy oh boy when will the sickness end? This month we have traveled to ATL and have also stayed home and relaxed on the weekends. G spent some fun time with all his grandparents and loved every minute. He turned 7 months and on to 8. G just wants to stand and pull up on everything. We have baby proofed but we can't baby proof the floor. He loves to crawl but sometimes goes to fast and bonks his head on the hardwood OUCH! Thank you Lord for making skulls really hard. :) School has been great and my class this year is so sweet! We are getting into our groove as a class. We are so blessed to have so many amazing people who love Grayson. Yesterday he spent time with some friends who he had the best day with. I was able to go run errands and clean! Thank you CC!! All is well at the moment...pray that these sicknesses will stay away and that we will be healthy. Love to all!

I'm such a BIG Boy!!

Busy Bee's!!!

Wow! We have been on the move and busy in August. Last weekend was our first family long weekend in a while. It was so nice to relax and catch up with house stuff, and sleep! Working has actually been great! Our lives have to be pretty organized, which works well for me. Andrew has also been helpful and takes little man a couple days a week to school so I can have a couple of "leisure" mornings. Just to be with my boys before I have to leave at 7:10 instead of 6:50. Andrew and I have loved this stage G is going through. He is so much fun and we are excited he is getting ready to crawl. Today he took his first few moves towards crawling. We were so excited! This week G had an ear infection and pink eye. Yucky! But now he is feeling so much better and is happier. He had a great day at school today and even napped well. Which is huge for him! We are looking forward to another great relaxing weekend! Here are some fun pics and his laughing video. And your are probably wondering if we ever make our child wear clothes? Well, yes, but babies don't need clothes do they? Well, at least when they are at home they don't! :)

Welcome Back!

Well summer is over and back to school and work we go! Busy, busy, busy, but  all is well! We are on to new things and at a face pace. The days are flying by already! G is getting used to daycare and mommy is getting used to a busy schedule! We are doing well and Bella is helping her self to treats and such just to make herself feel better. Tonight she stole a nice bone from the pantry. I mean where does she find this stuff? She has to keep up some kind of trouble around here. G is growing and ready to crawl but hasn't yet. Waiting for some more teeth too!! Lots of laughs and smiles. The other day on the way home from ATL I was throwing a ball up in the air and hitting the ceiling of the car. He was laughing hysterically! I was also laughing to hard I was crying. Boy were we having fun in the back seat while daddy drove and Bella was in the back behind the cage! :) So much fun! Love to all and be praying for a smooth transition for us into these new waters! It will all be ok and we will trust in the Lord to give us the Love and strength we need!!
